There
are some well established, organized and potentially relevant recruitment
fairs, in particular for I.T. recruitment and Engineering recruitment
which our clients might consider in the near future. The cost for
the space at these shows varies greatly and F10 can often negotiate
preferential rates.
In
addition to this there is a need for production of a recruitment
stand and certain marketing information to make it as attractive
and productive as possible. Our client wcould benefit from F10's
contacts in the market place to produce attractive material for
the fair
F10 can project manage all activity for this sort of event. Attendance
at the Fair would be charged at cost, as would the materials needed
for the stand and the marketing literature.
Typically
F10:
- Arrange the
booking of the venue
- Project manage
the suppliers of the stand and literature
- Provide training
to the personnel managing the stand
- Provide F10
consultants and associates to man the stand with the business's
own people
- Process all
candidates after the event and ensure that all candidates, whether
coming in for interview or not, are handled in a professional
manner leaving all with a positive feeling about our client as
a company
- Arrange for
candidates to attend interview and issue interview arrangement
letters and a briefing document on the company and the role
- Ensure that
after interview all candidates provide feedback to the interviewer
via F10, and that all candidates receive feedback from the interview
- Manage the
offer process to help increase the conversion statistics of offer
to acceptance.
Additional post-event
services, such as running HR interviews, response handling, conducting
a screening service, running assessment centres could also be incorporated
into this service.
