‘Moved through the ranks’ in operations to Shift Leader
Retrained as a programmer. Progressed to systems analyst.
Made the decision to move into testing and rose steadily from ‘script jockey’ to more senior and management roles. Although having held some prestigious permanent positions, have often worked as a contractor and consultant, giving me a much broader spectrum of experience and environments.
