I my former previous position I was a AIT/AIV engineer at Marconi space Systems now known as Astrium.. There I wrote design and Development Test Plans, Costed, wrote test procedures and performed the assembly and testing, as required. Since leaving there I became a Mechanical Design Engineer, working with 3D design software, FEA, thermal analysis, and stressing of parts, there detailing for manufacture, and the compiling there specification for standard parts. I worked with suppliers to fix an problem found during manufacture to get the best quality parts.
