What is the F10 process?
F10 Executive Search & Selection - Contingency recruitment campaigns
F10 follow a stringent process when running a contingency campaign. This process has now become policy and is not optional for our consultants to follow.
In brief, the process works as follows:
- Requirement Capture - A thorough process for capturing all information about the company, requirement and opportunity giving us an effective CV to interview and interview to placement ratio.
- Brainstorming – Working as a team to ensure that we understand the requirement.
- A comprehensive search campaign –
Candidates are identified through the following sources
- Internet Advertising
- Internet Database search (Access to over 10 sites)
- F10 database search (over 150,00 candidates + Over 50,000 unique candidates)
- Advanced Networking of candidates
- Networking Industry contacts
- The targeting of specific companies and industry sectors
- 3rd party research company
- Submit Trial CV - a trial CV is sent to the client within 48 hours to ensure that we have understood the requirement and to benchmark.
- Candidate Pre Qualification - Introduce ourselves to the candidates as a specialist consultancy and discuss their requirements to consider a new position.
- Candidate Selection phase 1 - Sell the company and the opportunity to the candidate.
- Candidate qualification phase 2 - Full qualification and telephone interview. Includes 25-point candidate check list.
- Networking - F10 uses advanced network techniques to extract names of passive candidates.
- Short listing and Candidate Submission - Candidates are short listed and packaged up for submission to the client, with all appropriate information presented on a comprehensive cover sheet. Take at least 1 verbal reference prior to submission.
- Arrange interviews - Assist client with interview selection, making recommendations. Provide feedback to ALL unsuccessful applicants. Provide all selected candidates with relevant information about the interview format, attendees, location, maps etc

- Address potential Counter offers
- Acceptance - All successful candidates receive a congratulations card from the F10 team and the consultant will remain in regular contact until they have started and also for the first 3 months of employment, providing feedback to the client as appropriate.
