We will withdraw candidates from the interview process if they have not conducted any research and satisfactory preparation.
- Every candidate will undergo a post interview evaluation, to obtain their thoughts and feedback immediately after their interview.
- The Consultant who owns your campaign will remain in contact with the candidate for at least 3 months after they start work with your organisation. We offer a lifetime guarantee to try and replace any F10 candidate that leaves your employment. This will be conducted at a 10% fee, even if several years have past.
