At F10 we operate as an ‘executive search consultancy’ and not simply as a ‘standard recruitment agency’. This means that we do not rely solely on responses to adverts and database search results. We proactively target candidate communities working for businesses within the relevant industry domains we operate across.
Our talent acquisition campaigns are geared towards initially identifying the top 5% of talent – In our opinion it is the best method for reaching the entire candidate pool, and reaches out to the ‘strongest’ 75% of the workforce in the first instance.
It is that 75% (succesfull, stable, yet often entrenched ) of people, that advertising, job boards, company web sites and agency database approaches cannot readily identify, attract or engage with.
This group typically only receives a fraction of the talent attraction focus; it is therefore logical for us to tap into this talent stream in a discrete, professional and well honed manner.
